naman34 Interesting, and fair enough! My reasoning for needing PWAs (or a version like TWA) is mainly based on non-technical users. Even if far from perfect, having centralised app stores provides a safe and easy way of finding apps if you're not sure of yourself with technology. (1/2)On twitter.com

naman34 For example when I help a grandparent install an app I can be assured that the app store is fairly safe and easy, whereas there are more risks in searching online. I'd prefer app stores to be unnecessary, but whilst they have advantages PWAs should be able to benefit also. (2/2)Permalink On twitter.com
